Culture Quick Check: A day in your company. What are the cultural misfits? What recommendations for action arise?
Culture Audit: What are the key strategic issues on which culture should behave? What requirements culture must meet ? — Culture analysis in terms of customers and market segments enable reliable statements and material for product marketing and brand building.
Assessment: What are the current lived cultural properties, which are related? What potentials are there for change? What cultural characteristics are in a certain sense dysfunctional? Which support the strategic development and implementation? Which cultural potentials are not yet strategically exploited?
Culture Change: The objective is the systematic development of the strategic functional properties and values, awareness of cultural responsibility, adaptation of behaviour, roles and structures.

(2) Decision: What characteristics ( "Core Values"), we want to achieve our strategic objectives? What qualities do we want to make concrete shape and design?

(5) Evaluation: Assessment of the effects, stories, learning experiences. Transmission of cultural responsibility in the operational processes.
